In-Store Computer Diagnostic/Upgrade Assessment
For any desktop or laptop that's givive you fits or just needs an upgrade. You'll receive your repair estimate the following day. This estimate will include labor and any parts needed for your repair, or upgrade and may include optional upgrades for you to review if you're interested.
On-Site Business Service Call
For any I.T. trouble at your business; printers not working, WiFi problems, computers not working, or anything else. When you schedule please include as detailed description of the situation as possible. After you schedule your service call I'll call ahead to discuss the situation with you so that I have a better understanding of the situation for I'm at your business.
Service calls are billed at $75/hr. The first hour is always billed in full following hours are prorated.
In Home Service Call
There's no trip charges to any address in my service area and dirt roads don't change that, if I can't find you on GPS I'll call and I will make it to your house. After you schedule your in home service call I'll give you a call to go discuss the details so that we are set up for success.

Both new and existing customers can enter a support ticket here. After you submit your ticket you'll receive a call back as soon as I'm available to discuss the best options for your situation. Weather it's a computer problem, internet trouble, a new website for your business or anything else.
